This is why we sit down with every client and go through a detailed questionnaire that outlines every phase of construction. This allows us to thoroughly explain different options and selections so you can make educated decisions that work best for you. We'll discuss flooring, fixtures, millwork, mechanicals, energy efficiency, and more to make sure your home will suit your individual needs. The information we put together serves only as a guideline, and in no way limits your selections during construction.
Once we've gathered this information, we will prepare a contract with a detailed proposal listing specifications and allowances. Allowances will be included for veneers (brick, stone, stucco), fixtures, millwork, flooring, countertops, driveways and sidewalks, front door, and any other unique features that you would like to include. We'll work together to fine tune this proposal to meet your exact expectations.
